Sometimes there are circumstances beyond your control
that make it difficult at best to handle mortgage
payments. Some job markets can turn quickly and
suddenly you find out really what "Down Sizing"
really means.
There is no "Crystal Ball" that can predict the
future and sometimes best intentions can go in an
unexpected direction. Promotions may call you to move
quickly and having two house payments is just not an
